Refund & Return Policy (Khloe's cozy creations )
(All items in my shop are handmade with care.
Because of the nature of custom and handmade products, this policy explains when refunds, returns, or exchanges are available.)
(Returnable items)
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order it:
• The item arrives damaged
• The item is significantly different from what was described • You received the wrong item
To qualify, the item must be:
• Unworn • Unwashed
• In its original condition
• Free of odors, stains, or pet hair (Un-Returnable items )
Because these items are custom and made by hand, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
• Personalized items
• Sale or clearance items
If your return is approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• You are responsible for return shipping unless the mistake was mine
Exchanges are accepted for:
• Size issues if the item is a standard size and not custom
• Wrong color or style sent
•wrong item was sent
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 48 hours with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
I will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once materials have been purchased or work has begun.
For refund or return requests it typically process within 3-7 business days after the item is received and inspected.

Processing Time
All items are handmade. Processing times vary:
• Ready-to-ship items: 2-5 business days
• Custom orders: 3-6 weeks, depending on complexity
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through [USPS / UPS / FedEx
- choose one.
Tracking numbers are provided when available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Delays
Once a package is shipped, delays caused by the carrier are out of my control. Weather, holidays, or postal issues may affect delivery times.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked "delivered" but you didn't receive it, please contact your local carrier. I cannot replace items lost due to incorrect addresses.
International Shipping
Buyers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import charges.
